Our Teacher

Katia Pavlou has been teaching for over 13 years and has been training all her life.

​

She strives to share her passion for wellness, health and fitness with not only her students but everyone she meets.

​

Her students ages range from 4 years to 70 years old .

Katia has the following qualifications:

​

  • Exercise Science Diploma

  • YogaFlex Diploma

  • Body Conditioning and Stretch Diploma

  • Certified Kardio Warrior instructor (Kardio Warrior Fitness & Personal Protection program combines various forms of Martial arts & western boxing done to fast paced music).

  • She appeared in the series of Kardio Warrior home exercise videos and also featured on a local South African sport tv show on strength training for women.

  • She did her 200 hours Yoga Teaching training with well known yoga teacher Surinder Singh, at Swasti Yogashala in Rishikesh,India. (The Yoga Capital of the World). 

  • She is a certified and registered Yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance India.

  • Katia is also a  certified Unnata®Aerial Yoga teacher. She received her training with Tanya Popovich in Thessaloniki, Greece .

  • Katia has also completed the Swaha Aerial Yoga Training with Tanya Popovich and Evangelos Apostolopou

  • Traditional Usui Reiki Master practicing for over 12 years .

  • Metamorphic Technique practitioner

The Studio

Our studio is equipped with yoga mats, aerial yoga hammocks and bungee fitness equipment.

Classes are kept small so that each student receives the attention they require to learn and practice safely and correctly.

Directions

The  new YogaFuzion Studio  is located in the center of Nicosia between Kennedy and Makarios Avenue.

From Kennedy Avenue you will turn at the new traffic lights in front of the Central bank  and the building is located on the first corner on the left hand side of the road.

From Makarios Avenue you will take the turning for Karpenisiou Street and drive all the way up toward the Central bank and its one road before the traffic lights, on the right hand side of the road .
