Bungee Fitness - an amazing full-body, high intensity, resistance workout that optimizes every muscle group to the max without the risk of high impact on your joints! Defy gravity, take flight and experience a workout that's so much fun, it doesn't seem like exercise! Yet, reap all the benefits of a cardio workout while strengthening and toning your whole body.
Aerial Yoga & Flex - offers both traditional and non-traditional yoga poses/moves with the support of a soft silky fabric hammock that not only helps you to improve your yoga practice but also to strengthen your body, improve your focus, align and decompress your spine, release tension and stress both in your body and mind, and last but not least helps you to relax.
Fuzion Fitness - fitness & strength training class that targets the major muscle groups using various equipment (e.g. TRX, light weights, pilates ball, aerial hammock) and your body weight. This class also incorporates bursts of cardio to keep your heart rate up.
Modifications will be provided for all fitness levels
